EXPERIENCE

Karel has been in the Real Estate Industry in Vancouver for the past 16 years.  Before becoming a Licensed Agent, Karel was a REAL ESTATE APPRAISER of new and resale single family developments and evaluated hundreds of properties in many areas of Greater Vancouver and was responsible for substantiating those values, professionally managed first class condominium projects and was VICE PRESIDENT of one of the largest Property Management Companies in the Lower Mainland.  Karel knows Condos!
